What is Kwikpay?

Kwikpay is online platform that enables your prepaid top up for various services in 3 easy steps and in under 1 minute. The Kwikpay philosophy is to make the top up process as convenient and fast as possible so that you can focus on the more important things in life. You can top up your prepaid services on the Kwikpay Android or the iOS app anytime on the go.

What payment mechanisms are available?

Kwikpay accepts all UK major credit and debit cards payment options and Paypal on its apps.

How do I top up my mobile?

At Kwikpay it’s our constant endeavor to make the top up process as easy & convenient as possible so that you can focus on the more important aspects of your life. In a large number of operators the top up is applied directly to your account. In case of some of MVNO operators and gaming services, you will receive a 14- 20 digit PIN on the app as well as on your registered email. Simply follow the instructions of the operator to use this PIN. 

How does it work?

Download the Kwikpay app and simply choose the service you are looking to top up;
Step 1– Enter the basic details like mobile number and operator you are looking to top up;
Step 2– Choose the amount you would like to top up for;
Step 3– Pay securely.

That’s it, in a large number of operators the top up is applied directly on to your account. In case of some of the MVNO operators and gaming services you will receive a 14- 20 digit PIN on the app as well as on your registered email. Follow the instructions of the operator to use this pin.

How do I use my PIN?

The process of top up using the PIN is defined by the operator for whom you have initiated the top up. In order to check the process please click the required operator below.

I haven’t received my top up PIN?

Your PIN is displayed at the end of the successful transaction on the screen, however if you have missed, it has been emailed to your registered email and also available for you to see at any time in your account under my top ups page.

My PIN does not work?

The PIN is directly sourced from the respective operator, follow the process defined by the operator to use the PIN. In order to check the process please click the required operator below.

I have ordered a wrong operator PIN?

Top up PINs are unique codes that can be issued only once. These are issued by the operator you have selected during your transaction. Hence once a PIN is issued, it cannot be returned or resold. We cannot determine whether a PIN has already been used or it will be used in the future. Hence we are unable to return the PIN once ordered.
